Waite Speaks To Sunrise Rotary

FULTON, NY – Patrick Waite, right, director of Residential Services Division at Oswego County Opportunities, was a recent speaker at Fulton Sunrise Rotary.
Waite, also a Sunrise Rotary member, spoke about the changes in care for the mentally challenged and developmentally disabled persons which have taken place in recent years. Facilities are more home-like and the programs more involved which should help to eliminate the stigmas that still exist regarding these disabled citizens.
