According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.86-inch of precipitation on April 23.

The monthly total is 1.84 inches.

The total for the year is 12.42 inches.

Fulton received 0.2-inch of snow on April 23.

Total snowfall for the month jumped to 0.2-inch.

For the winter the total is now 108.2 inches.
