Weather Notebook For August 22, 2011
According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.-55-inch of rain on Aug. 21.
The monthly total now stands at 3.87 inches.
The annual total is 28.15 inches.
According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received 0.73-inch of rain on Aug. 21.
The Port City’s monthly total is 4.46 inches.
For the year, the total now stands at 31.02 inches.
