According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Dec. 13.

The Port City’s monthly total stands at 1.17 inches.

For the year, the total is 47.39 inches.

Oswego didn’t receive any snow on Dec. 13.

For the month, the total is 2.6 inches.

For the winter season it is 5.5 inches.
