According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.03-inch of rain on Dec. 14.

The monthly total climbed to 1.01 inches.

The annual total is now at 43.62 inches.

Fulton received no snow on Dec. 14.

Total snowfall for the month stands at 1.7 inches.

For the winter it is 7.9 inches.
