According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.05-inch of rain on Dec. 19.

The monthly total is now 1.62 inches.

The annual total climbed to 44.23 inches.

Fulton received no snow on Dec. 19.

Total snowfall for the month stands at 3.6 inches.

For the winter it is 9.8 inches.
