According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Jan. 31.

The monthly total stays at 2.90 inches.

And, the total for the new year is also 2.90 inches.

Fulton received no snow snow on Jan. 31.

Total snowfall for the month ends at 63.5 inches.

For the winter the total is 82.5 inches.
