According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Feb. 14.

The monthly total remains at 0.17-inch.

The total for the year is 3.07 inches.

Fulton received no snow snow on Feb. 14.

Total snowfall for the month is 5.8 inches.

For the winter the total stands at 88.3 inches.

According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received no precipitation (rainfall or melted snowfall) on Feb. 14.

The Port City’s monthly total stays at 0.32-inch.

For the year, the total is 5.19 inches.

Oswego received no snow on Feb. 14.

For the month, the total is 6.0 inches.

For the winter season it is 52.3 inches.
