According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.03-inch of rain on Feb. 15.

The monthly total is now up to 0.20-inch.

The total for the year is 3.10 inches.

Fulton received no snow snow on Feb. 15.

Total snowfall for the month is 5.8 inches.

For the winter the total stands at 88.3 inches.
