According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Jan. 3.

The monthly total stays at 0.03-inch.

And, the total for the new year is also 0.03-inch.

Fulton received 5.9 inches of snow on Jan. 3.

Total snowfall for the month is up to 6.1 inches.

For the winter it is now 25.1 inches.
