Weather Notebook For January 6, 2014

According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.19-inch of precipitation on January 5.

The total for the year is 0.71-inch.

Fulton received no snow on January 5.

Total snowfall for the month is 16.1 inches.

For the winter the total stands at 72.0 inches.

Continued windy tonight with heavy lake effect snow over parts of Oswego County. Low around 15.

A return to bitterly cold temps and heavy snow near Lake Ontario on Tuesday. High in the single digits with dangerous windchills reaching -20.
