Weather Notebook For July 4, 2011

The month of July started off rather muggy – but rain-free

The Fulton area received no rain on July 3.

The monthly total is stuck at zero.

The annual total stays at 21.47 inches.

According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received no rain on July 3.

The Port City’s rainfall for the month is zero.

For the year, the total is 23.79 inches.
