Weather Notebook For March 1, 2011
According to Fulton’s weather observer, no snow was recorded on Feb. 28.
The month finished with 49.8 inches.
The total for the winter season it is 209.9 inches.
There was 0.62-inch of rain on Feb. 28.
That pushed the monthly rain total to 0.95-inch and the annual total 1.16 inches.
