Weather Notebook For March 4, 2011

March is still quite dry.

According to Fulton’s weather observer, there was no rain on March 3.

That leaves the monthly total at a mere 0.01-inch and the annual total 1.17 inches.

There was no snow recorded on March 3, either.

March has been snow-free so far.

The winter total remains at 209.9 inches.

The Oswego weather observer reported no rainfall on March 3.

The Port City’s monthly total is just a trace so far.

And, for the year, the total is still 6.88 inches.

Oswego didn’t have any snow on March 3.

That leaves the monthly total at just a trace and the winter season at 172.5 inches.
