Weather Notebook For November 1, 2011

According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.01-inch of rain on Oct. 31.

The monthly total slips up to 4.52 inches.

And the annual total is now 39.25 inches.

According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Oct. 31.

The Port City’s monthly total stands at 4.91 inches.

For the year, the total is 43.22 inches.
