According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Nov. 13.

The Port City’s monthly total stands at 0.12-inch.

For the year, the total is 43.34 inches.

Fulton received 2.0 inches of snow on Nov. 11.

Total snowfall for November is 2.0 inches.

For the winter it is also 2.0 inches.

Oswego only received 0.3-inch of snow on Nov. 11.

For the month, the total is 0.3-inch

For the winter season it is also 0.3 inch.
