According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.44-inch of rain on Nov. 14.

That pushed the monthly total up to 0.87-inch.

The annual total stands at 40.12 inches.

Fulton received no snow on Nov. 14.

Total snowfall for November stays at 2.0 inches.

For the winter it is also 2.0 inches.

Back in 1996, the area already had 31.5 inches on this date.
