According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Nov. 17.

The monthly total is still at 0.87-inch.

The annual total remains at 40.12 inches.

According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received 0.2-inch of rain on Nov. 17.

The Port City’s monthly total stands at 0.44-inch.

For the year, the total is 43.66 inches.

Fulton received 4.0 inches of snow on Nov. 17.

Total snowfall for November is now at 6.0 inches.

For the winter it is also 6.0 inches.

Oswego only received 0.1-inch of snow on Nov. 17.

For the month, the total is 0.4-inch

For the winter season it is also 0.4 inch.
