According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Nov. 21.

The monthly total stays at 0.88-inch.

The annual total is now 40.13 inches.

Fulton received no snow on Nov. 21.

Total snowfall for November is now 6.2 inches.

For the winter it is also 6.2 inches.
