According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Nov. 3.
The monthly total is still at zero inches.
The annual total remains 39.25 inches.
According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Nov. 3.
The Port City’s monthly total remains zero inches.
For the year, the total stays at 43.22 inches.
