According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Oct. 9.

The Port City’s monthly total remains 1.21 inches.

For the year, the total stands at 39.52 inches.

Also, no rain was recorded in Fulton on Oct. 9.

The monthly total stays at 0.74-inch.

And the annual total stays at 35.47 inches.
