According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Oct. 30.

The monthly total stays at 4.51 inches.

And the annual total remains 39.24 inches.

According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received no rain on Oct. 30.

The Port City’s monthly total stands at 4.91 inches.

For the year, the total is 43.22 inches.
