Weather Notebook For September 23 2011
According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.38-inch of rain on Sept. 22.
The monthly total now stands at 2.50 inches.
The annual total remains at 32.27 inches.
According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received 0.19-inch of rain on Sept. 22.
The Port City’s monthly total is now 4.51 inches.
For the year, the total stands at 37.10 inches.
