Weather Notebook For September 29, 2011
According to Oswego’s weather observer, the area received 0.13-inch of rain on Sept. 28.
A bit more fell later Wednesday night, but it was after the 24-hour reporting time.
The Port City’s monthly total is now 4.82 inches.
For the year, the total stands at 37.41 inches.
