Hannibal Man Charged With Sending Explicit Photos To Juvenile

HANNIBAL – State Police today (March 25) arrested George H. Ritchie, 61, from 353 Blythe Road, Hannibal, for Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor 1st degree, a class “D” felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor.
[1]Ritchie is accused of sending images consistent with pornography to a 16-year-old boy via the internet.
Ritchie was arraigned in the town of Hannibal Court/
He is scheduled to appear back in court on April 30 at 6 p.m.
