Kelly Prior Celebrates 30 Years Of Service With Oswego County

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure, Facilities and Technology Committee recently presented Kelly Prior with a certificate of appreciation for his 30 years of service.

Prior is a highway crew leader with the Oswego County Highway Department.
