OSWEGO COUNTY- The technical difficulties experienced by the Oswego County Health Department online portal for self-reporting positive at-home COVID-19 tests have now been resolved.
People should continue to self-report positive at-home COVID-19 tests to the online portal on the health department’s website by visiting https://health.oswegocounty.com/COVID-19.
Isolation orders, which may be used to obtain New York’s COVID-19 paid sick leave or isolation release once isolation is finished, are sent via email after the submission is completed.
For more information, call the Oswego County Health Department COVID-19 Hotline at 315-349-3330. Callers may need to leave a message and a staff member will return the call.
Under New York State Public Health Law, the Oswego County Health Department is the local public health authority regarding the COVID-19 pandemic response within the County of Oswego. The Oswego County Health Department works closely with New York State Department of Health regarding COVID-19 monitoring, response, and reporting.
