OSWEGO – Farmers from Oswego and neighboring counties spoke about challenges they and others are facing and offered suggestions at U.S. Congresswoman Claudia Tenney’s Farm Bill Listening Tour held at the Oswego County Legislative Building on Wednesday, April 5.
