City of Fulton news:

The Fulton Family YMCA is set to offer their annual Halloween event, Halloween at the Y, on Friday, October 29 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Full story here[1].
The Fulton Common Council met Tuesday night, October 19, to approve a handful of resolutions, and also discussed recent votes to deny two special use permits for proposed signage. Full story here[2].
Oswego Industries Inc., a Fulton-based nonprofit agency that supports adults with developmental disabilities, recently received a Commendable Service Award from the U.S. General Services Administration. Full story here[3].

SUNY Oswego’s Lewis B. O’Donnell Media Summit returns to an in-person presentation on October 27 while exploring the emergence and future of streaming media. Full story here[4].
Mayor Billy Barlow announced $20,000 in grant funding has been awarded to the Safe Haven Holocaust Refugee Shelter Museum in Oswego through the City of Oswego’s COVID-19 REVIVAL fund for small businesses and local not-for-profit organizations. Full story here[5].

On Sunday, October 17, 2021, State Police in Pulaski arrested Cayla E. Newcombe, age 29, from the town of Granby on several charges following an incident where she failed to stop at the end of the Interstate 81 southbound off-ramp, exited the roadway and drove into the Valero Gas Station/Sunshine Mini Mart at 3323 Maple Ave, Pulaski, New York.
