Oswego Man Arrested For Rape And Endangering The Welfare Of A Child

PALERMO, NY – Thomas McCord, 45 years of age, was arrested for Rape in the First Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Unlawfully Dealing with a Child.

All charges stem from a High School graduation party that McCord hosted on Saturday night at his house in Palermo, where he provided alcohol and marijuana to minors.

Yesterday, in the early morning hours, McCord raped a 16-year-old girl who he had supplied alcohol and marijuana to at the party.

McCord was arraigned this evening in Oswego County CAP Court where he was released to the conditions of Pretrial Release.
