A Good Book On A Rainy Day

OSWEGO, NY – During a rainy afternoon earlier this month, a youngster passed the time with a good book as his mother shopped at Time and Again Books in Oswego.
The average precipiation for June is 3.42 inches.
By June 4 we were close to half that with 1.52 inches.
