Altmar Man Charged With Rape

OSWEGO, NY – On Wednesday at 12:00 p.m., Bradley S. Bristol 22, of Chinook Lane Bldg. 29, of Altmar, was arrested for third-degree rape, a class E felony and endangering the welfare of a child.
The arrest follows the investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred in the Town of Albion in March 2012.
He allegedly had sexual intercourse with the victim being less than seventeen years of age.
Bristol was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Albion Court on Aug. 6.
