Bubis Facing New Sex Charges

OSWEGO – On Nov. 30 at 9:28 a.m., sheriff’s deputies arrested Gary A. Bubis Jr., 37, of 393 Albion Cross Road, Pulaski.

He was charged with first-degree sex abuse, a class D felony.

The arrest stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred in November 2012 at a residence in the town of Albion.

He allegedly engaged in sexual contact with the victim being less than the age of 13.

Bubis was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court by Hon. Judge Allen and remanded back to the OCJ in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

He was to return to court today (Dec. 4).
