Child Struck By Vehicle In Oswego

OSWEGO, NY – A young boy was injured tonight (Aug. 27) after being struck by a vehicle, according to Oswego Fire Department officials.

The child was reportedly riding a scooter in the street and was hit by a truck around 8 p.m.

This incident occurred on East Seventh Street, according to OFD.

The boy was treated at the scene and transported to University Hospital in Syracuse with a possible leg fracture and a head injury, they said.
