SUNY Oswego University Police at 2:40 a.m. today (Dec. 5) charged Ryan P. Ortolano, 21, of 270 W. Bridge St. in Oswego and Ehmer Drive in Lagrangeville with a felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Additional charges include driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more, speeding, failure to keep right and driving an uninspected vehicle.
He was charged in a residential parking lot off Iroquois Trail on campus (Lot 11).
He is scheduled to appear in Oswego Town Court on Dec. 29.
