OSWEGO, NY – Dylan F. Corten, 17, of 78 Great Oak Lane in Pleasantville was arrested on a felony drug charge Wednesday evening at his Oneida Hall residence at SUNY Oswego.
University Police accused him of selling Ritalin, a prescription drug, to a plainclothes officer.
He was arraigned in Oswego Town Court on charges of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a Class D felony, and a violation-level charge of possessing marijuana, police said.
Town Justice Michael Sterio set bail at $1,000 and remanded him to the Oswego County Jail.
