Deputies: Woman Smoked Amped In Presence of a Child

OSWEGO, NY – On 9/10/12 at 9:54 p.m., Janna L. Manson, 32, of 607 CR 30 Apt 4, Williamstown, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.
The arrest follows the investigation into a check the welfare complaint in the town of Albion.
She allegedly smoked Amped in the presence of a child and then held on to the steering wheel of the vehicle as patrol attempted to restrain her.
Ms. Manson was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court by Hon. Judge Allen.
She was remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $100 cash bail.
