Emotions Widespread As School Year Ends

OSWEGO, NY – Fitzhugh Park Elementary School fifth grader Angela Rookey gives a hug to Principal Linda Doty as the school year comes to an end.

There were numerous emotional moments as throughout the district as students went home for the summer.
