GRANBY, NY – Troopers from NYSP Fulton observed a black pontiac traveling north on State Route 48 in the town of Granby allegedly swerving on Tuesday.

Subsequent to a traffic stop and investigation at the scene, Todd M. Foster 48, of Fulton, the driver and only occupant, was arrested for DWI.
Computer checks revealed that Foster was involved in a motor vehicle accident on August 27, in the town of Geddes where he was arrested for DWAI – Drugs.
He also has previous DWI convictions, troopers said.
Foster was charged in the town of Granby with felony DWI and remanded to the Oswego County Jail.
