Fulton Teen Charged With Forcible Touching

OSWEGO, NY – At 8:35 a.m. on Thursday, Zachary J. Coe, 18, of 824 Baldwin Road, Fulton was arrested for forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, all class A misdemeanors.
The arrest follows the investigation into an incident at a residence in the Town of Volney that occurred in February.
He allegedly held the victim down by restraining their hands and touched the victim’s breast.
Coe was released on appearance tickets.
He is to appear in Town of Volney Court on June 4.
