OSWEGO, NY – On 4/13/12 at 9:43 a.m., Diana E. Sacco, 28, of 1279 County Route 3, Hannibal, was arrested for third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony; third-degree welfare fraud, a class D felony; and first-degree offering to file a false instrument, a class E felony.
The arrest stems from an investigation by the Oswego County Department of Social Services that revealed she allegedly had undeclared income making her ineligible for benefits she received in excess of $3,000.
Ms. Sacco was arraigned before the Hon. Kenneth Adkins, Town of Scriba Court, and released on her own recognizance.
She is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Mexico Court on 4/17/12.
