Major Changes in Days off in Oswego Schools

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego City School District officials have indicated that there are some major changes in the academic calendar.

This Friday, March 9, will be a half day of school for all Oswego City School District students.

On a half day schedule the Oswego High School will release students at 10:40 a.m., the Oswego Middle School 10:55 a.m. and elementary schools 11:55 a.m.

On Monday, March 12, there is now a Superintendent’s Conference Day which will mean that students will not attend school that day.

On Friday, March 30, a half day of school is scheduled for all students.

Also as the result of the New York State Education Department changing the testing calendar the spring break will be April 2-9 with students returning to school on April 10.
