Man Allegedly Smoked Amped In Front Of Child

OSWEGO, NY – At 6 p.m. Tuesday, Donald J. Martin Jr., 35, of 603 County Route 30, Apt. 4, Williamstown, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child.

The arrest stems from an investigation into a check the welfare complaint that occurred in June in the town of Albion.

Martin is alleged to have smoked Amped in the presence of a child.

He was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Albion Court on Oct. 15.
