OSWEGO, NY – On Aug. 26 at 5:45 p.m., Jacob C. Heer, 77, of 36 Goutermout Drive, Central Square, was arrested for Making a Terroristic Threat, a class D felony.

According to deputies, the arrest stems from an incident in the town of Palermo where he allegedly threatened to bring a shotgun to the Palermo Town Hall and shoot people due to a grievance.
Mr. Heer was arraigned by Hon. Judge Boisseau in the Town of Palermo Court.
He was remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.
He is to return to court on Sept. 8.
