Mexico Resident Charged With Menacing

OSWEGO, NY – On 3/29/12 at 12:21 a.m., Allan J. Breckenridge, 20, of State Route 104B Bldg. 775, Mexico, was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a class A misdemeanor and Menacing, 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor.
He was charged following a domestic dispute in the town of Mexico after he allegedly pushed the victim down and pinned them so they couldn’t get up.
He then took their car without permission, according to sheriff’s deputies.
Breckenridge was released on appearance tickets.
He is to return to the Town of Mexico Court on April 17.
