Missing Granby Man Located

The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office has announced that Joseph T. Steadman has now been located.

Mr. Steadman was reported missing, last seen in the Granby area on July 5.

Reportedly, at approximately 10:10 this morning (July 10), Mr. Steadman was recognized from his description and photograph while on the lakeshore at Marsh Road in the town of Sterling.

Officers responded to the scene and identified Mr. Steadman, who was subsequently transported to Oswego Hospital for an evaluation.

Members of the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office also responded and located Mr. Steadman’s vehicle at the end of Marsh Road.
