Missing Oswego Teenager Found

UPDATE (April 27, 2020 at 1:48 p.m.) According to Oswego Police, Lilith West has been located safely.
OSWEGO – The Oswego City Police Department is still requesting the public’s assistance in determining the location and/ or the whereabouts of a missing teenager from the City of Oswego.
The missing person, Lilith West, was reported missing by her family members and her whereabouts are unknown.
West is from the City of Oswego and left on her own accord and is believed to be frequenting the North Side of the City of Syracuse.
