OSWEGO – Edward Elsner, librarian, Oswego Public Library, walked down to the end of the Yacht Club pier this morning (Jan. 13).

He took these photos before heading to work.

Have a great “snow” day!

A lake effect snow warning is in effect until 1 p.m. on Thursday.

This will be accompanied by westerly winds around 30 to 35 mph, with gusts of 45 mph at times, during the day.
