OPD Identifies Woman – Cause of Death Undetermined

OSWEGO – The deceased woman has been identified as Karen M. Aubertine, 32, of Oswego.

Her body was discovered on July 9, at approximately 9:51 a.m. in the lake off of Mercer Street between East 9th Street and East 10th streets.

The Oswego City Police Department is still working with the Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s Office to determine a cause of death.

Additional information will be released when it becomes available.
