OSWEGO – Oswego County Clerk Michael Backus announced today (June 9) that there will be a temporary change in operations at all three of the county Department of Motor Vehicle offices.
Each office will have limited window service available to the public one day a week, beginning the week of June 15.
This change will take place on Tuesdays at the DMV office in Fulton; Wednesdays at the DMV office in Pulaski; and Thursdays at the DMV office in Oswego.
Customers may experience longer wait times during these periods.
“There has been a recent spike in auto sales and we need to work together to make sure that each transaction is processed in a timely manner,” said Backus. “Until further notice, we will have two windows open to the public one day a week at each of our DMV offices while the remainder of the staff expedites dealer transactions.”
For more information, call the Fulton DMV at 591-9136; the Pulaski DMV at 298-6521; or the Oswego DMV at 349-8300.
